Welcome to the Health Net / Kaiser Permanente Risk Adjustment Product web site. Requesting the RAP is now as easy as 1-2-3. If you are new to this site, just follow these directions:
1. Click on the "First Time Users - Sign Up Here" button to the right and register. You account will be set up immediately and you will be emailed a temporary password.
2. Once you get your password, log in (your email address is your username - easy to remember!).
3. Click on New Quote Request in the navigation bar and fill out the easy online form. You will be prompted to attach a census and claims history. Hit submit and you are finished!
You only need to register once, so all subsequent quote requests only require steps 2 and 3. You can check on the status of your requests on your Home Page.
